On Saturday, May 25, 2013 COSON Song Awards was held the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island. The event, anchored by Frank Edoho was attended by an impressive number of celebrities.

Guests included music legends Mike Okri, Pa Chris Ajilo, Orlando Julius, Victor Uwaifo, Sir Shina Peters,Blackky, Majek Fashek,  Ebenezer Obey, Bright Chimezie, Dayo Adeneye, Dizzy K. Falola, Sunny Neji, Righteous Man, Zakky Adze, among many others

Others included 2face Idibia, Bracket, Phyno, Flavour, Solid Star, Seyi Shay, Iyanya, Dammy Krane, Ruggedman , Obiwon.

Nollywood was well represented with  Fred Amata, Segun Arinze, Kalu Ikeagwu, Patrick and Iretiola Doyle Jennifer Eliogu, Fidelis Duker, Kalu Ikeagwu, Femi Brainard, as well as TV producer/host Bisi Olatilo in attendance.
