Stoke have announced the signing of Nigerian international, Peter Odemwingie from Cardiff, with fellow striker Kenwyne Jones moving in the opposite direction as part of a player-exchange deal.
Odemwingie has put pen to paper on an 18-month contract with the Staffordshire outfit
