Mary J. Blige's
father was stabbed in the neck this morning and now he's in critical condition!
The horrible incident occurred near
Battle Creek, MI after an argument escalated between Thomas Blige and
his girlfriend!
According to his roommate, Mary's
63-year-old father was studying for a college course this morning when he was
disrupted by a loud hissing sound coming from outside!
They went to investigate and what
they found was Mr. Blige's ex-gf slashing the tires of his truck!!!! Then the
two of them argued for a bit outside and, according to the roommate, that's
when she stabbed him in the neck!
From what we gather, the singing Shape
starlet and her father
aren't all that close, but we're sure this must still be horrible news for her
to have to process!
Meanwhile, the ex-gf was arrested
after fleeing from the scene and will be charged with attempted murder.
