Shocking video has emerged of the
moment rapper 2 Chainz was targeted by a group of gun-wielding men
during what appeared to be an armed robbery attempt in San Francisco.
In
the CCTV footage, obtained by TMZ.com, the 35-year-old musician is seen
walking along the street with a group of friends when two men approach,
with one wielding a gun.

Chainz is then seen running in a blind panic and tripping up on the
road as one of the men stands over him pointing the gun directly at him.
Police later told the gossip website that the rapper had his mobile phone and wallet taken.
However, 2 Chainz denied
anything had been taken, writing on Twitter:
'Rule #1 if a rapper gets
robbed people usually post items that has been taken. Rings, chains,
watch, money etc.
'Rule #2 if a rapper gets shot he usually go to hospital or dies.'
He
added: 'Nobody took Anything from me, i didn't get shot, I'm not in
jail, Don't know wut else to tell ya. Sorry if I disappointed anyone,
maybe next time. (sic)'
The robbery attempt came after 2 Chainz landed in hot water again after he was collared for purportedly possessing Promethazine.
