Silver Bird Cinemas has banned and has refused to show one of Ghana/Nigeria movies titled ‘Boko Haram’ which was produced by movie director Pascal Amanfo.
Pascal Amanfo revealed that,the movie was sent to Silverbird-Nigeria for review but it was rejected and asked not to show it because the movie does not have the kind of standard the cinema requires. The picture quality was bad and also considering the current situation in Nigeria it was advised not to air the movie.
The movie ‘Boko Haram’ was produced and directed by Pascal Amanfo and stars African Movie Academy Awards best actor Majid Michel, and other A-list actors and actresses.
