The fuel of the bus finished on the main road and the driver rushed to the filling station to buy fuel.
When he returned, he met some LASTMA officers at the scene and they were trying to tow the bus.
After lots of explanation to the LASTMA officers who didn't listen to him he got angry and decided to set the bus ablaze.
