An Iranian news agency, Fars News published a story about the Oscars on its website with a photograph of Michelle Obama announcing the award for Best Picture
but photoshopped her dress...sleeves were added to cover her shoulders
and the neckline was raised to completely cover her chest in line with
the country's Islamic dress codes that require women not to expose too
much skin.
